Job summary

Christie Clinic is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Technician I for the University clinic in Champaign, IL. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, totaling 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, rooms and offices, stocking supplies, and transporting waste and soiled linens. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with two years of housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping experience preferred; additional education may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, rooms and offices following schedules and methods.
• Maintain equipment, restock supplies as needed.
• Transport trash and soiled linen to designated areas.
• Dust surfaces, damp wipe furniture, clean and polish fixtures in bathrooms.
• Assist in cleaning spills, sanitize clinic areas and remove carpet spots.
• Deliver inventory to departments with minimal disruption.
• Perform related work as required.
