Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of experience as a Work Leader, Team Lead, Project Manager or Supervisor OR a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with Excel, Word and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise caregivers in daily operations and evaluate performance.
Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high quality cleaning and maintenance is performed.
Maintain staffing levels and approve/schedule PTO and leave requests.
Ensure cross coverage.
Coordinate and provide orientation, education and training.
Improve procedures and processes.
Analyze workflow and procedures and recommend changes as appropriate.
Provide recommendations to improve speed, quality and effectiveness of department procedures.
