Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for some experience.
• Experience leading a team or supervising staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with office software (Excel/Word/Workday) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregivers in daily operations and evaluate performance.
• Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high quality cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain staffing levels and approve/schedule paid time off and leave requests.
• Ensure cross coverage and adequate coverage for shifts.
• Coordinate orientation, education, and training for staff.
• Improve procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Analyze workflow and recommend changes to improve department procedures.
• Provide recommendations to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of the department.
