Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans schedules and duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per facility standards.
• Onboards, trains, and supervises Housekeeping staff; conducts regular inspections.
• Coordinates with other departments to align housekeeping activities.
• Schedules major project work and manages inventories and supplies.
• Assists Department Director with budgets.
