Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Operations Manager for an evenings shift to support hospital housekeeping needs. You will supervise front-line staff, coordinate activities, and serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments to deliver high-quality service.

Preferred candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, supervisory exposure in a service environment, and strong communication skills to manage priorities

Qualifications

• Four year college degree, military experience, OR equivalent work experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral format.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring processes and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory staff.
• Coordinates outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical Waste, Recycling).
• Monthly reporting of goals and future plans.
