Qualifications

• No prior Environmental Services experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge to support communication and training.
• Ability to operate floor-cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and thorough cleaning using established guidelines.
• Safely remove general, infectious waste and soiled linen following procedures.
• Handle and mix cleaning chemicals according to safety standards.
• Use equipment such as floor-cleaning machines properly and safely.
• Support unit operations by completing small moves or room setups.
• Participate in department meetings and required training sessions.
• Complete additional projects or assignments as directed by leadership.
• Share ideas for improving efficiency, safety, and workflow.
