Job summary

Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Environmental Aide I (Housekeeping) in the Environmental Services Department. Hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including weekends.

Starting rate is $18.50 per hour. Duties include cleaning nursing units and patient rooms, restocking housekeeping carts, handling biohazard materials, and reporting repairs to maintenance. Must have HS Diploma or GED, read/write/speak English, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans nursing units, patients' rooms and designated areas.
• Cleans and restocks housekeeping carts; removes trash and linen.
• Follows cleaning and disinfecting procedures; handles bio-hazard materials safely.
• Reports repairs to maintenance and attends department meetings.
