Job summary

Staples Promotional Products is seeking an embroidery production associate in Iowa for a fast-paced, piece-rate role. You will inspect garments, apply embroidery designs, and prepare items for shipping in a temperature-controlled facility.

The job requires reading work orders, attention to detail, and the ability to move and stack boxes up to 50 pounds. Shift hours include evenings, with a differential for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend a work order.
• Process work orders accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Detail oriented to ensure embroidery standards.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature-controlled building/environment.
• Inspect embroidered products and prepare for shipping or storage.
• Use work orders to determine design placement on garments.
• Review work orders for accuracy.
• Remove embroidery design backings.
• Fold and stack packaged products.
• Sort finished products by color and size.
• Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags when needed.
• Complete production tracking paperwork and verify accuracy.
