Job summary

Imperial is seeking a motivated Embroidery Operator to join our production team in Winona, Missouri. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate embroidery machines, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and complete finishing steps to ensure product quality.

The position offers temp-to-hire potential after 90 days, with pay at $15 per hour plus a $0.50 differential. Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery equipment by following work instructions, job tickets, and quality standards.
• Load/unload product, monitor runs, and assist with basic machine set-up and adjustments as trained.
• Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking finished product to spec.
• Inspect work for quality (placement, cleanliness, and overall appearance) and report issues to the supervisor/lead.
• Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Support other embroidery-related tasks and production needs as assigned.
