Job summary

The role offers a temp-to-hire pathway after 90 days based on performance and business needs, with shift hours during peak season and a pay of $15/hr plus a $0.50 differential.

Qualifications

• Operate embroidery equipment following work instructions and quality standards.
• Load/unload product and monitor runs; assist with basic machine setup.
• Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking to spec.
• Inspect work for quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and PPE.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery equipment by following work instructions, job tickets, and quality standards.
• Load/unload product, monitor runs, and assist with basic machine set-up and adjustments as trained.
• Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking finished product to spec.
• Inspect work for quality (placement, cleanliness, and overall appearance) and report issues to the supervisor/lead.
• Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
