Job summary

Staples Promotional Products is seeking an embroidery production associate in Iowa. You will inspect garments, apply embroidery per work orders, and prepare items for shipping. Attention to detail and the ability to read work orders are essential.

The role requires standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Shift hours are 3:15pm-12:45am, Monday-Thursday, and 12:00pm-4:00pm on Fridays. Pay starts at $20.50/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of embroidery equipment, uses, adjustments and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect embroidered products and prepare them for shipping or storage.
• Use work orders to determine design placement on garments.
• Review work orders and verify specifications.
• Remove embroidery backings and prepare products for packaging.
• Fold, stack, and organize finished products by color and size.
• Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags as needed.
• Complete production tracking paperwork and ensure accuracy.
