Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX for an electronics manufacturing client. Swing shift with training on the day shift; hours about Mon–Fri 3:00 pm–12:00 am. The role oversees SMT, DIP, and MPA operations to meet schedules and quality targets.

You will lead production staff, coordinate with planning and engineering, and drive continuous improvement including Lean/Kaizen efforts while ensuring safety and 6S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, and MPA processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SMT, DIP, and MPA operations, including setup, run, and shutdown activities.
• Lead and develop production staff to meet daily performance goals.
• Ensure quality and compliance with IPC‑A‑610 and ISO requirements, and maintain traceability.
