Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking an Assembler 1 to support specialized manufacturing processes including conformal coating, wash operations, and depaneling. This role operates a non-standard shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) and requires PPE, including a respirator, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading comprehension required.
• Ability to interpret documentation and graphs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE including respirator and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using manual assembly techniques ( stuffing, hand/m mechanical assembly, soldering ).
• Support conformal coating, wash operations and depaneling to maintain production flow.
• Follow quality policies and record quantities in Factory Logix.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in continuous improvement activities.
