SHIFT: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.
This Assembler 1 role supports specialized manufacturing processes including conformal coating, wash operations, and depaneling within the production environment. The position operates on a non-standard shift (Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) and requires the ability to work effectively across shift transitions while coordinating with multiple supervisors and team members throughout the day.
This role may involve working with chemical coatings and cleaning agents, and the employee must be comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator, and following safety procedures associated with these processes.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
