Job summary

Endeavor Health in Plainfield, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time basis (24 hours weekly). Evening shifts from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with every third weekend and rotating holidays, provide critical patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing required; if ADN, must graduate to BSN within five years.
• Current Illinois RN licensure is required.
• CPR certification; ACLS, PALS within three months of start date; NIHSS within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks, work as part of the ED team to meet unit goals.
