Job summary

Shaw Contract EMEA seeks a Dyeing/Kuster Inspector Clerk in Dalton, GA. This role is Monday to Friday on a fixed 8-hour PM shift, reporting quality issues and entering data into Shopflex. You will inspect carpet rolls for defects, obtain shade patches, and ensure accurate ticket printing.

Responsibilities include documenting inspections, reporting line stops, and supporting a clean, safe work area. The role requires manual dexterity and basic computer skills in a manufacturing setting.

• Manual dexterity and problem solving abilities.
• Computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and apply common sense.

Responsibilities

• Inspect carpet for defects and obtain shade patch for supervisor review.
• Fill out correct information in the computer for each roll and print tickets.
• Log inspections and report quality problems to the supervisor.
• Report production through Shopflex and fill out inspection records and stop cards.
