HireSava is seeking an Evening Duty Executive to support Guest Experience and Operations during the latter part of the day. You will take over ongoing issues, assist with arrivals and check-ins, and handle urgent requests while maintaining smooth evening operations.
In quieter periods you’ll assist with guest reviews, emails, booking administration and other back-office tasks. A proactive, calm approach and strong English communication are essential.
PLEASE NOTE: CV'S WHICH DO NOT CONTAIN PRIOR SHORT TERM RENTAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE REJECTED
We are a fast-growing short-term property management company operating across the UK. We provide accommodation for corporate, relocation and leisure guests whilst delivering professional property management services for our landlords.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Evening Duty Executive to support our Guest Experience and Operations teams during the latter part of the working day. This role combines guest experience, operational coordination, and evening duty cover. You will take over outstanding matters from the daytime team, oversee guest arrivals and check-ins, deal with urgent issues and escalations, and ensure the business continues to operate smoothly into the evening.
During quieter periods, you will also support the wider team with guest reviews, emails, booking administration, and other back-office tasks.
A key part of the role is ownership and judgement. Not every issue needs to be resolved immediately. You will need to assess what requires action that evening, what should be escalated, and what can safely and efficiently be documented and handed over to the next working day.
As the business continues to grow, there is likely to be an opportunity for the role to extend and include additional hours.
Candidates should therefore have some flexibility and be comfortable working in a growing business where responsibilities and working patterns may develop over time.
