BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lincolnton, NC.

DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential. We offer flexible shifts (Afternoons and Evenings; weekends), support in personal care, errands, hobbies, meals, and community activities, with competitive pay starting at $16/hr+.

Competenze

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
• 18 years of age or older

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Help lift and reposition clients.
