BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with I/DD at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, transportation, and community participation to help clients build independence.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Education verification may be completed during hiring.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Transport clients to errands, appointments, and outings.
• Engage clients in hobbies and activities of choice.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks.
• Support community integration activities.
