Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help clients build confidence, daily living skills, and independence in their own homes.

Caregivers receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for scholarships and career growth. Positions are available in Blowing Rock, NC and surrounding areas with a focus on safety, compassion, and dependable service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+) required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care.
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence.
• Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship.
