Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Denver, CO is seeking a Production Associate III to assist production leaders with dough processing and to participate in the Certified Trainer program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; some college courses are preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or bakery experience is expected.
• Effective communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with new team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Maintain forklift certification and safety awareness.
• Must successfully pass a background check on a regular anniversary cycle.
• Strong desire to grow and advance in leadership positions.
• Follow Domino’s dress code and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Start, stop, and handle changeovers for Doughbot (automated center).
• Set up all equipment in production area prior to making dough.
• Scale and metering equipment must be check weighed equal to its usage and documented.
• Thermometers must be calibrated and checked against a certified thermometer.
• Yeast slurry and mixer timers checked and calibrated at the start of each production day.
• Monitor quality of dough product and perform dough ball proof checks.
• Complete tray wash, sifter checks, and paperwork as required by QA.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as part of the SME and Certified Trainer program.
