Job summary

Butler Plus in Garland, TX is seeking energetic individuals for evening doorstep valet trash service across our multifamily communities. You will collect bagged trash at resident doorsteps using a mobile field app and report your progress to a supervisor.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You must own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. The role is part-time, with shifts Sunday through Thursday evenings, about 2–3 hours per night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using the assigned tote/cart.
• Use Butler Plus field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash to on-site dumpsters/compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Communicate with supervisor daily to maintain workflow; work quietly to minimize noise.
