Exeter-West Greenwich Regional School District in West Greenwich, Rhode Island is seeking a 2nd Shift District Custodian to support cleaning of school facilities and maintain safe, sanitary environments across classrooms, restrooms, offices and corridors. The role reports to the Director of Facilities, starts immediately, with a starting wage of $22.59 per hour.

Prior custodian experience is preferred; requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift light to moderate weights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Custodian experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean specified sections of school buildings, including classrooms, restrooms, offices and corridors.
• Sweep, mop, disinfect, and restock supplies in assigned areas.
• Operate custodial equipment and report safety hazards to the Director of Facilities.
