Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an Assistant Distribution Manager at our Jeffersonville, IN facility to oversee inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse logistics, and daily operations. You will verify invoices, print BOLs, and coordinate with wholesalers to ensure timely shipments.

This role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and strict adherence to safety standards. The position requires leading a team, driving efficiency, and implementing SOPs while maintaining inventory accuracy and strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-10 years relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an org.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and technical skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged team with coaching and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through data analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement via SOPs and KPI monitoring for distribution center performance.
• Drive WMS adoption and system enhancements; monitor shipping accuracy and inventory control.
• Promote safety and compliance with OSHA, food safety and environmental standards.
