Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Custodian at our Distribution Center to maintain clean, orderly facilities, sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum and assist with snow removal. You will work in extreme temperatures (-25F to 100F) and support safety standards across the site. No prior experience required—training provided.

You must be 18+, fluent in English, pass a drug test and background check. Shifts are Sunday–Thursday, 5:30pm–1:30am or 6:00pm–2:00am, with pay starting at $18.60/hour (includes a $1

Qualifications

Must read, write and communicate in English; read labels and pick lists.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and outdoors when needed.
Able to pass a drug test and background check.
Powered equipment operation as part of warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility cleanliness and order per standards.
Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum; manage trash and debris.
Perform snow removal and landscaping maintenance as needed.
Operate equipment and report any issues or safety concerns.
