Great Western Dining Service is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at our Allen Community College location in Iola, Kansas. You will help maintain clean dishes and prepare dining areas for each shift, assisting with kitchen cleanup and restocking cafe stations.

We are seeking energetic, reliable individuals who can stand for 8-hour shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and follow all food safety procedures. No prior experience required; join a team that values collaboration and community dining.

Competenze

Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Good time management and ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

Mansioni

Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Unloading and storing deliveries.
Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
