Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for the Hilton Milwaukee, a property recently renovated and connected to the Baird Center. The role involves keeping the kitchen clean, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and supporting event service with efficient station setup.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.
• Ability to change activities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload, stack, and store clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and general cleaning tasks.
• Sweep, mop, and dry floors to ensure safety, and transport soiled ware as required.
• Wash pots and pans, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement as needed.
