Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products.
• Maintain safe conditions by cleaning and drying floors and preventing slip hazards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stewarding staff on shift.
• Train and mentor new associates in stewarding roles.
• Complete daily opening/closing checklists and sanitation inspections.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine and manage dish flow.
• Set up stations for efficient service and assist with moving supplies.
