Job summary

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is hiring 2nd Shift Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes. No experience is necessary – we provide paid training!

The 2nd shift includes afternoon and evening hours with full-time and part-time opportunities. Pay starts at $18.00/hour; $18.50/hour with Medication Administration certification.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible and participate in their homes and communities.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and household activities.
• Provide transportation in an RCI vehicle.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with coworkers and nursing staff.
