Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; able to drive between sites.
• At least a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Attend and complete a required two-week in-office paid training and annual recertifications.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs; document medications.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Log data in electronic systems and prepare shift reports (EHR).
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and team collaboration.
• Advocate for residents’ rights and individual goals.
