Job summary

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the 2nd shift to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes.

No experience is required as paid training is provided, with a starting pay of $18.00/hour and $18.50/hour with Medication Administration certification. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on consistent schedules and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a company physical.
• Be dependable, compassionate, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in residential homes.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Assist with meals, household activities, and personal care as needed.
• Provide transportation in an RCI vehicle and accompany individuals on community outings.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and nursing staff.

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is hiring 2nd Shift Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes.

No experience is necessary – we provide paid training!

Schedule

Our 2nd-shift positions primarily include afternoon and evening hours.

• Weekday shifts typically begin around 1:15pm and end between 9:00–10:00pm.
• Weekend and holiday coverage may include 8:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm, or occasional swing shifts.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Schedules are provided in advance.
• We work to provide consistent schedules whenever possible.

We'll discuss the specific schedule and availability with you during the interview process so you know exactly what to expect.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible while enjoying their homes and communities.

Your Day May Include

• Supporting daily living skills and independence.
• Helping with meals and household activities.
• Assisting with personal care when needed.
• Going on community outings and activities.
• Helping individuals make choices and work toward personal goals.
• Providing transportation in an RCI vehicle.
• Completing required documentation.
• Communicating with coworkers, supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Building positive, dependable relationships with the people you support.

What We're Looking For

Experience isn't required. We'll train the right person.

You Must

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Pass a company physical – paid for by RCI.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
