Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work Monday–Friday evenings in a residential setting in Baltimore, MD. You will provide personal support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promote independence, and ensure care plans are followed in the home and community.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork and communication skills. CPR is preferred; the organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and a values-driven

Qualifications

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR.
• Ability to provide patient-centered personal support.
• Strong communication with person served and team.
• Experience with medication administration per orders.

Responsibilities

• Work in the residence of a person served as a personal support and actively engage the individual.
• Provide supervision and training to adults with developmental disabilities to promote growth.
• Ensure home is personalized to each person’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care within approved plans.
