Job summary

Able2 Enhancing Potential is hiring a Direct Support Professional for evening shifts in a group home setting. No experience required—comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Earn $20.45–$21.65 per hour, with potential differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility. As a full-time employee, you’ll accrue paid time off from day one, and benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401K with employer matching, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job paid training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license or be willing to obtain one (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting.
• Assist with bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and maintaining daily living skills.
• Support residents to increase independence and quality of life.
