Able2 Enhancing Potential in New York is hiring a Direct Support Professional. No experience? We provide on-the-job paid training and flexible shifts. Starting pay is $20.45–$21.65 per hour, with possible differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a team home, assisting with daily living activities including bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and independence skills, in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Able2 offers on-the-job training and multiple shifts.
• Requires caring, patient, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a group home.
