Job summary

Able2 Enhancing Potential is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide care in a group home setting. No experience is required as on-the-job paid training is provided.

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $20.45–$21.65, with possibilities for additional differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility. Full-time roles include benefits such as PTO from day one, health coverage, and employer-macquired 401K in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Valid/Clean Driver’s License preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work in a high paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting.
• Provide direct care including bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, and daily living tasks.
• Help individuals develop healthy habits and independence in daily life.
