Job summary

Support Solutions is hiring a Direct Support Professional for a Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM shift, with weekend possibilities. This role provides personal care, community integration, and skill development for individuals with disabilities, using ISP outcomes as a guide.

You may need to drive and accompany clients to events and appointments, ensuring safety and dignity at all times. The position emphasizes communication, confidentiality, documentation, and adherence to Service Standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to read/write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must meet background checks and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Supports the person served with personal care and daily routines to meet ISP goals.
• Promotes self-direction, dignity, and community integration for the person served.
• Provides safe transportation using agency or public transport as needed.
• Maintains records, completes shift notes, and follows customer service standards.
• Assists with meals, housekeeping, and personal grooming as requested.
