Job summary

Holy Angels Residential Facility is seeking a DSW/DSP Direct Service Professional to work from 2:45pm to 11:15pm, providing care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will supervise residents, assist with daily living skills, and complete documentation in the computer system. A CMA class is required for all DSPs, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take the CMA class as required for all DSPs (class may be outside your shift).
• Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license to drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist, and train residents in activities of daily living.
• Provide continuous active treatment for residents.
• Accurately complete all documentation in the computer system.
• Report illness symptoms to nurse and supervisor.
• Assist with additional duties such as laundry or dining room tasks as needed.
• Daily computer use is required.
