Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Southcoast community. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assist with daily living activities, and help coordinate community outings and medical appointments.

We offer on-the-job paid training, professional development, and a comprehensive benefit package, including health/dental/vision insurance and a 403(b) savings plan.

Qualifications

Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
Individual community outings, Meal preparation, Assistance with activities of daily living, Personal care, Medical appointments, Medication distribution
