Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time evenings in the Southcoast area, including Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River. The role offers on-the-job paid training, benefits eligibility after one year, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will join a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, assisting with daily living, meals, outings, and medical appointments while promoting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and assist with meals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support medical appointments and medication distribution.
