Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation to appointments and coordinate community outings to promote independence and engagement.

No experience is required for some roles; we offer free on-the-job paid training, career development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes
