Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
- Pass a qualifying background check and driving record.
- TB screening and a physical required on hire and every two years.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
- Provide assistance with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
- Meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.
