Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time, part-time, or relief roles in Fall River, Mansfield, Taunton and surrounding areas. The position pays $21.00 per hour, with $22.00 per hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment, and includes on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying background check and driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, medication distribution.
