Sinceri Senior Living in Wilmington, DE is hiring for a part-time Evening Food Services helper. You will assist the Food Services Director with scheduling, prepare nutritious meals, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.

The role requires culinary arts experience, reliable attendance, and good communication with residents and staff. This position is on-site and offers a supportive team environment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Meet state health requirements and obtain Food Handlers Permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food Services Director with scheduling and onboarding of new staff.
• Prepare and present nutritious, appetizing meals and snacks for residents.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Attend required in-service training and uphold residents' rights regulations.
