Job summary

Friendly Senior Living is seeking a Dining Supervisor for the part-time evening shift (12:30-8:30 PM) at 3156 East Ave. The role includes managing Dining Services staff, ensuring safe, sanitary service, and coordinating with leadership to close the kitchen after each shift.

Requires high school education, food service experience, and Serv-Safe or County Sanitation certification preferred. Availability for rotating weekends is essential, with opportunities to train staff and participate in

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Experience in food service and knowledge of food safety standards.
Serv-Safe and/or County Sanitation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee dining services staff and operations during the evening shift.
Print tickets and view member profiles using the Diet Software system.
Monitor tray line, temperature logs and equipment for safety and sanitation.
Train staff, enforce safety and uniform guidelines, and assist in on-the-job training.
Coordinate with Managers, Executive Chef and Director to optimize staffing.
Lead in the absence of senior dining leaders and ensure smooth service.
