Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is hiring for a dining services support role. Responsibilities include setting tables, bussing, washing dishes, and assisting the cook as needed.

You will help maintain a clean, orderly dining area and support residents with meals as part of a collaborative Food Services team. The role emphasizes positive resident relations, reliable attendance, and adherence to health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources, and the general public.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Must meet all state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following facility procedures.
• Set up serving carts for each meal and help serve meals to residents.
• Bus tables and prepare dishes for washing; clean dining room tables and chairs.
• Sweep and clean dining areas and assist cooks with sanitation.
