Job summary

True Connection Communities is a rapidly growing Senior Housing platform serving Active Adult and Independent Living communities. The Server greets guests, takes orders, serves meals, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

Evening shifts 3:30 to 7:30pm on weekdays with some weekend coverage are available. Experience in hospitality or healthcare is valued, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and provide attentive, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and detail oriented.
• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in a hospitality, healthcare or service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers and answers questions about menu items.
• Relays customers’ orders to other kitchen staff.
• Serves food and drinks to customers.
• Cleans assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters.
• Stocks service stations, cabinets, and tables.
• Sets tables or prepare food stations for new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
