Job summary

The Summit of Lakewood Ranch, managed by Grace Management, Inc., seeks caring individuals to join our dining team. The Server will assist in meal service for senior residents, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and support kitchen staff as needed.

Position features part-time hours (mainly 4pm-7pm and weekend mornings) with starting pay at $15.00/hour, based on experience. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Be free of communicable disease and able to relate to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and ensure pleasant, efficient dining service.
• Take orders and serve food; assist in set-ups and tray delivery.
• Bus tables, pour beverages, and assist with kitchen/dining operations.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and infection control policies.
• Work cooperatively with dining room staff to meet residents' needs.
