Job summary

The Summit of Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Part-time Server to provide meals and pleasant dining for our senior residents. Shifts are typically 4pm-7pm with additional weekend mornings, and starting pay is $15.00/hour based on experience.

Evening shifts run through 7:30pm and total hours range from 15 to 20 per week. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, assisting in meal prep per dietary standards, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve meals to residents.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
• Prepare trays and deliver as requested by the kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Follow dietary standards and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, resident-centered assistance.
