As part of the Restaurant & Hospitality team, you will create a warm dining experience for residents, families and guests, provide attentive service, and follow dietary requirements and community standards. If you value teamwork and care about making meals feel personal, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults.
• Friendly, professional, and personable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Someone who understands that a smile can be just as important as what's on the plate!

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive table service while making sure residents feel comfortable and cared for.
• Learn resident preferences and help make each meal feel personal and enjoyable.
• Follow special diet requirements and community dining standards.
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting before, during, and after meals.
• Set and maintain tables, linens, condiments, and dining areas to a high standard.
• Work with the Restaurant & Hospitality team to provide quality service that is both efficient and enjoyable.
• Communicate resident needs, preferences, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Pitch in, support your teammates, and help create a positive team environment.
• Follow all company, health, safety, and food service standards.
