Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a friendly part-time server for our community restaurant in Lake Zurich, IL. You will help create a welcoming dining experience, build relationships with residents, and ensure exceptional service in a setting that feels like a home away from home.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, making dish and drink suggestions, and relaying orders accurately via our POS system, with duties for opening/closing the dining

Qualifications

• Strong customer service presentation is required.
• Under 18 must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes and drinks.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the point of sale system.
• Assist in opening/closing dining room duties as required by the community.
